Hello there!

I’m Heather. I love to create simple and fun quilt patterns for everyday life. I believe that quilts are to be used, not folded in a closet for safekeeping. Take your quilts on picnics and roadtrips, drape them over pillow forts in the living room floor, snuggle under them on the sofa while eating snacks with your favorite person (or pup). Don’t be afraid to wash and dry them—quilts are best right out of the warm dryer!

I learned to quilt from my mother and grandmother. “Handmade” has been a constant in my life, and a sewing machine has been the soundtrack to some of my happiest moments. I’m so pleased to be able to continue this tradition and share it with others.

My husband and I live in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. We enjoy traveling and cooking together. For years I was a project manager in the corporate world, so now I put those organizational skills to work by writing quilt patterns. I also enjoy making quilts for my local Project Linus organization.
